The ramen is perfect and full of toppings, the bentos are full of flavor and variety, the servers are always very patient and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. It's everything you could want for a nice outing or date. Also, the cheesecake tempura is my favorite dessert. I definitely recommend that anyone who stops by tries it at least once.

First time here. Service was impeccable. Server was very sweet and patient. The California rolls was just ok. I've had better. It was missing something. The vegan ramen was pretty tasty. Restroom was really clean and that says alot about this establishment. We will be back

The sushi here is fantastic! The service was great and the tea is great as well! We’ve been in person and we also always order takeout from here. Never had a bad experience.

This place is quickly becoming my lunch go to while at work. Everything I have ordered for lunch carry away has been made quick and tasted delicious. I typically get the 3 sushi roll lunch combo that comes with soup and ginger salad for only $15! Such an amazing deal for such wonderful food and so much! I always have leftover to take home for a snack this evening. Next time I think I’m going to try something different besides sushi and test their menu further. Keep it up Umami Braselton! You’re doing wonderful

Everything was very delicious. This is one of my new favorite places in Braselton! Highly recommend their hibachi and Lo mein. Excellent service.

I didn't read the reviews first. I was told about this place from a friend who had not been here yet. I thought this was a hibachi restaurant, so walking in i was a little surprised! I ordered the steak and shrimp lunch hibachi. The soup had a little different flavor that I didn't care for. Unfortunately I'm not sure what it was. The steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly! The rice had good flavor but was crunchy (not sure if it was supposed to be! ) The ginger sauce was light and very good! I believe the shrimp and steak were cooked in it. $43 before tip for hibachi style lunch for 2 people. We will be back!

Loved the food! Fast service, clean restaurant and delicious sushi! Good presentation with a little tree and the waitress was attentive to our needs. She filled my friend's sweet tea often. Now this won't go against the score, but the sweet tea was weak, just near clear slightly dyed water.

Umami Tavern – Braselton Stopped in on a whim and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The menu is huge—six full pages of sushi rolls alone, plus ramen, rice dishes, udon, lo mein, and plenty more. The drink selection is just as impressive, with beer, wine, sake, a variety of teas, and other options. We only tried three items this visit, but we’ll definitely be back to explore more. Pimp Daddy Roll: Shrimp tempura and cream cheese, topped with avocado, spicy imitation crab, eel sauce, and crunch. This roll was made fresh and really delivered—crispy tempura, sweet eel sauce, and great texture throughout. Fantastic. Crab Rangoon: Fresh, hot, and a step above your typical Chinese takeout version. The sauce was especially good—more like a sweet chili sauce rather than the usual overly sweet red sauce. Shrimp Fried Rice: A solid, well-executed classic. The shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked, the rice was tender and well-seasoned, and it included fresh vegetables and scallions. Simple and satisfying. Overall, a great first visit with lots of promise. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
